Thanks for visiting here. I teach yoga and meditation in person and live online classes because I want to share the tools and practices that I have found so wonderfully beneficial for myself. I teach the 2 styles that I practice everyday myself - Kundalini and Yin - they are not at all similar and I believe that's why they are such great complimentary styles.
Kundalini Yog... a and Meditation is a practice of moving energy within your body through dynamic moving body postures (asana), breath work ( pranayama) and sound (mantra/Gong). You'll feel energised and calm at the same time - a very unique experience.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced practice where you hold gentle to moderate stretch positions for several minutes. The long holds allow you to release deeply and gradually into the connective tissues in your body where you hold tension. Yin is a great practice for those who are very active in sport, sit for long periods of time and want to become more flexible in the body.
Gong Meditation or Gong Bath
The Gong is an ancient instrument that has been used for thousands of years in many cultures. The vibration of the Gong is very calming to your entire physiology. When in presence of the Gong your nervous system and thinking mind can easily slow down to a deeply meditative space. Perfect for anyone who finds it difficult to slow down and fully relax.
All classes - in person and live online via Zoom are fun, inviting and available to anyone - regardless of fitness level, flexibility or whatever! We can accommodate to those who are pregnant or have some specific injury as well.
